Allow quick preview of individual sheets at full resolution
Allow the user to click on individual sheets in the preview and view them at full resolution. This would be really useful when printing large images with small details like text.

How about allowing larger pages, like 11X17-inch U.S. pages; and give us a non-metric version

Add compatibility for .psd files
It would be great if The Rasterbator was compatible with Photoshop files.

make an option to posturize the picture so one could make a diy wall paint by number.
Let the user posturize thier image then they could use the picture to trace a " paint by number" wall mural in thier walls.

Allow output as an Excel file or a table that lists circle sizes and grid locations.
This suggestion is similar to the "Color by size" suggestion below.
"This feature would help those that are using your Rasterbator to create templates for other projects ( like this: http://imgur.com/gallery/qEpis ) ...so that it is easy to judge how big or small a circle is without having to measure it."
No measuring would be needed in this case as the circle sizes would be listed.
Using a text based file would eliminate the need for a finite number of sizes that would be needed in order to match each size to a different color in the above suggestion.

Add standard size large canvases as a selection, i.e, 20"x24", 24"x30", 36"x48", etc.
As others have stated, standard measurements a must to make your service really robust. Standard canvas large sizes would be great. Thank you.

Provide option to download the final poster as a single image.
I'm a little surprised there's no means to view a single seamless image version of a finished poster at full resolution.

Possibility to reposition the grid
Possibility to move the grid so the half-sheets are at the top rather than the bottom, for example if one design element shouldn't be cut in half.

Add Life Size Measurements (Instead of "4 Sheets Wide, etc.")
Give life size measurements of the final poster in addition to the number of sheets wide/high it will be. That would make it easier, so instead of measuring how many sheets of paper will fit on your wall (Or the space you put your final poster), you can just measure the length/width of the are on your wall and enter the measurements and it'll automatically transfer those dimensions to how many sheets of paper wide and tall it will be.

Add English Unit Option
Unfortunately, the US still uses the English system. Could there be an option to toggle between English and metric units? Or a conversion displayed in next to the metric units, such as 180cm (~71 inches)?

Hexagons!
It would be brilliant to have hexagons in the interlaced halftone. At 100% they fill the image completely, without overlapping, and they just look cool B)

Overlap adjustment
I'm a big fan of your site use it a lot. I was wondering if you'd be able to add an ability to adjust how much overlap you'd like to have, not just 5mm. I use a professional borderless printer capable of printing 13 x 19 inch posters and prefer boarderless printing to utilize the entire space, but when I do that a 5mm overlap isn't enough over lap for me to connect them properly and if I do overlap and a margin, I have to cut away the margin in order to overlap and the cut edge usually appears…

No Trim Print.
It would be really nice if you could have each page filled to the edge with image so that you would not have to trim anything. All you would have to do is flip the pages over and connect. Maybe an over lap portion for those that would like it?
